We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling their assigned kitchen section independently while maintaining consistent taste, quality, presentation and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and take responsibility for the assigned kitchen section

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation

• Support restaurant, banquet and other F&B operations

• Ensure proper mise en place before each service

• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations

• Guide and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Monitor portion control, storage and food wastage

• Assist with stock management and proper rotation of ingredients

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional kitchen experience

• Strong hands-on cooking skills

• Ability to independently manage a kitchen station

• Knowledge of Indian and Kerala cuisine preferred; Continental knowledge is an advantage

• Experience with restaurant and/or banquet operations

• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety

• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods

• Team-oriented with good communication and discipline

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for cooking trial and food tasting.

Selection will be based on cooking skills, taste, presentation, speed, hygiene, kitchen organisation and overall performance during the trial.
