Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including starters, main courses, sauces, and accompaniments.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety and health regulations.

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, cooking surfaces, and utensils after use.

Manage food inventory, check supplies, and assist with ordering ingredients when required.

Minimize food waste through proper portioning and storage of ingredients.

Work efficiently to meet customer orders in a timely manner

Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free kitchen environment.
