We are looking for passionate and skilled kitchen professionals across multiple levels — from Commi to Sous Chef — with hands-on experience in Indian, Continental, Mexican, Tandoor, or Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidates should have strong culinary fundamentals, hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Food Preparation & Execution
Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes and SOPs.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
Handle mise-en-place and daily kitchen prep activities.
Cuisine Expertise
Indian: Curry, gravy, biryani, regional specialties.
Tandoor: Kebabs, breads, grills, marinades.
Chinese: Wok cooking, sauces, stir-fries.
Continental: Sauces, grills, pastas, baked dishes.
Mexican: Tacos, burritos, nachos, salsas, Tex-Mex preparations.
Kitchen Operations
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Minimize wastage and control food cost.
Team Coordination
Work closely with senior chefs and kitchen staff.
Assist in training junior team members (for CDP & Sous Chef).
Support smooth kitchen service during peak hours.
Inventory & Quality Control
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors for requisitions.
Check freshness and quality of raw materials.
Positions & Experience
Commi: 6 months – 2 years
CDP / DCDP: 3 – 6 years
Sous Chef: 7+ years
Education
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Skills Required
Basic to advanced culinary techniques (as per role).
Knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Teamwork & communication skills.
Time management & ability to handle pressure.
