
Responsibilities -
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets the required presentation and taste standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned kitchen section.
Support the shift lead/manager in daily kitchen operations.
Check ingredients for freshness, proper storage, and quality before use.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Train and guide Team Members and kitchen staffs.
Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong focus on food quality, taste, and presentation.
