Need all rounder chef
prepare and cook a variety of dishes from multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Continental, Chinese, Tandoor, etc.)
Handle all kitchen sections — hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, and grill as needed.
Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, taste, and presentation standards.
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Oversee and assist with chopping, portioning, marinating, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP or local health regulations).
Monitor food storage, labeling, and expiry dates.
Check inventory and ensure sufficient supplies for daily operations.
Assist with ordering ingredients and kitchen items.
Minimize food waste through proper storage and portion control.
