We are looking for a skilled and energetic Tandoor Chef to prepare high-quality grilled and tandoor items in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment (KFC-type setup). The candidate must ensure consistency, hygiene, and speed while maintaining excellent taste and presentation standards.
Prepare and cook tandoor items such as grilled chicken, kebabs, tandoori roti, naan, and other marinated products.
Operate and manage the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking timing as per company standards.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and inform the supervisor for replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area.
Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining speed and quality.
Assist in kitchen preparation and support team members when required.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef (QSR or restaurant preferred).
Knowledge of chicken marination and grilling techniques.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Team player with good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
