Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Momos Chef who specializes in preparing delicious, authentic momos. The candidate should have experience in making different varieties of momos, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent taste and quality. The Momos Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook different types of momos (veg, chicken, paneer, fried, steamed, tandoori, etc.)

• Prepare fresh fillings, dough, and chutneys

• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of food

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Manage raw materials and minimize food wastage

• Handle kitchen equipment properly

• Work efficiently during peak hours

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Momos Chef or similar role

• Knowledge of different momos recipes and sauces

• Ability to work fast and under pressure

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Flexible working hours
