Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tikka, and other grilled items.
Marinate meats and vegetables according to recipes and standards.
Operate and manage the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper temperature control and cooking timing.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Monitor food stock levels and inform management about shortages.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
