Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook tandoor items such as roti, naan, kulcha, tandoori starters, and kebabs
Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of all tandoor dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section
Manage proper usage and temperature of the tandoor
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef
Good knowledge of Indian tandoor cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with a positive attitude
