Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Plan and develop Continental menu items as per restaurant standards
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Monitor inventory, control food cost, and minimize wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Chef
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisines and cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
