Prepare and maintain momo fillings as per standard recipes.
• Shape momos uniformly with proper size, weight, and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in filling quantity and momo folding techniques.
• Prepare veg and non-veg fillings while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Steam, store, and handle momos according to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and quality standards at all times.
• Assist in other kitchen preparation activities as required.
Requirements:
• Experience in momo making and shaping.
• Knowledge of different momo folding styles.
