Café Roastique is a fusion café known for its handcrafted coffees, global flavors, and artisanal food experience. We aim to deliver quality, creativity, and comfort in every plate and cup. We’re looking for a passionate Continental Chef who can bring innovation and finesse to our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of Continental dishes, including pastas, pizzas, salads, and gourmet starters.

• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control as per Café Roastique standards.

• Collaborate with the café’s management and barista team to create food pairings that complement our coffee menu.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen at all times.

• Monitor inventory, assist in ordering ingredients, and minimize wastage.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Innovate and suggest new menu items or fusion ideas aligned with our brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Continental cuisine (café or restaurant experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of sauces, pastas, pizzas, and fusion plating.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

• Positive attitude, creativity, and commitment to quality.
