We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our evening food cart located in the heart of Daryaganj. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality momos and soya (sofabian) tandoori chaap during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook different varieties of momos (veg and/or non-veg)

Grill and serve delicious tandoori soya chaap with consistency and hygiene

Ensure taste, texture, and presentation of each dish

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area

Work efficiently in a fast-paced street food environment.
