Job Title: Chinese & Chaat Chef

Job Location: Devrana, Delhi-Haridwar Highway, Mansurpur, Muzaffarnagar
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15000 to ₹20000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef for Devrana & Chaat Chef Shastrina to prepare and serve high-quality Chinese and chaat dishes. The candidate should have good knowledge of taste, hygiene, and fast food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, momos, etc.)
Prepare chaat items (golgappa, bhel puri, sev puri, aloo tikki, etc.)
Maintain food taste, quality, and presentation
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Manage raw materials and kitchen cleanliness
Work efficiently during peak hours

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Chinese and chaat cooking
Ability to work fast and maintain consistency
Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
Teamwork and discipline

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fast food restaurant / street food outlet
Ability to manage counter independently
