Salary: ₹15000 to ₹20000 per month
Experience: 1–5 years (preferred)
Education: Not mandatory (skill-based role)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef for Devrana & Chaat Chef Shastrina to prepare and serve high-quality Chinese and chaat dishes. The candidate should have good knowledge of taste, hygiene, and fast food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, momos, etc.)

• Prepare chaat items (golgappa, bhel puri, sev puri, aloo tikki, etc.)

• Maintain food taste, quality, and presentation

• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

• Manage raw materials and kitchen cleanliness

• Work efficiently during peak hours

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Chinese and chaat cooking

• Ability to work fast and maintain consistency

• Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness

• Teamwork and discipline

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fast food restaurant / street food outlet

• Ability to manage counter independently
