Prepare and produce a wide range of confectionery items such as pastries, Cakes, chocolates, candies, desserts, and sweets
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
Develop new recipes and seasonal confectionery items
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Manage raw materials and minimize wastage
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
1–5 years of experience as a Confectionery Chef or similar role
Knowledge of confectionery techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creativity and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
