Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commi (Kitchen Staff) to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting chefs, and coordinating with dispatch and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflow and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and basic cooking activities as per standard recipes
Follow kitchen procedures and instructions from senior chefs
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen area at all times
Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
Support chefs during peak hours and daily operations
Assist in dispatch activities and inventory handling
Maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging and dispatch area
Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Prior experience in kitchen, food preparation, or food handling is preferred
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and discipline
Preferred Skills:
Ability to follow instructions and standard recipes
Good coordination and time management skills
Physically active and comfortable working in a kitchen environment
