Prepare and present dishes according to the menu and quality standards
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and food preparation activities
Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Control portion sizes and minimize waste
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth service delivery
