Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and menu guidelines.

• Develop innovative menu items and seasonal specials.

• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.

• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
