Job Description

We are looking for a Main Chef to join Gains Hub, a healthy food cart business. Our focus is to serve food that is healthy, clean and also tasty. We want a chef who understands this balance and can cook good food fast, especially when customers are waiting.Responsibilities:1.Cook all food items properly and on time.2.Must know basic continental cooking.3.Knowing how to make momos is a plus (not compulsory).4.Do all required food preparation work before the shift starts (either same day or one day earlier).5.Maintain good taste and quality in every order.6.Work fast during rush hours and manage the cooking station.7.Keep the kitchen area clean and neat.8.Wash utensils whenever needed (helper will also support).9.Keep the food serving table clean at all times.10.Follow hygiene and safety rules while cooking.11.Help in creating new healthy and tasty recipes.12.Work together with the helper and guide him when needed.What We Provide:-Full kitchen setup-One helper-Clean and safe working environment
