Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and cooking pav bhaji and related Indian street-food items while maintaining consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pav bhaji, masala, pav, and related food items according to standard recipes.
Chop, cook, season, and maintain ingredients required for daily operations.
Maintain consistent taste, portion size, and food quality.
Operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work area.
Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
Follow food-safety and sanitation standards.
Manage orders efficiently during busy hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Assist with other kitchen duties as required.
