Key Responsibilities Indian Cuisine Chef:
Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, gravies, breads, rice items, snacks, and desserts.
Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
Plan daily menus and assist in menu development as per customer preferences.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per company guidelines.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities for Rajasthani Cuisine Chef:
Prepare and cook authentic Rajasthani dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Laal Maas, Bajre ki Roti, Panchmel Dal, Mirchi Vada, and traditional sweets.
Ensure food taste, quality, and presentation meet expected standards.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new traditional Rajasthani items.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or cloud kitchens preferred.
Passionate about cooking and maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to manage time and handle pressure during peak hours.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
