Profile Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and health-conscious Personal Chef with expertise in nutritional diet planning and preparation. The ideal candidate will design and cook customized, well- balanced meals that align with the client’s dietary goals, medical conditions, preferences, and lifestyle needs. A deep understanding of nutrition, food safety, and specialized dietary protocols (e.g., keto, diabetic, gluten-free, heart-healthy) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals tailored to the client’s specific nutritional needs and
preferences.
• Coordinate with client, nutritionist, or healthcare provider to align meals with health and dietary goals.
• Source high-quality, fresh, organic ingredients with a focus on seasonal and local produce.
• Create weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and manage kitchen inventory.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized kitchen.
• Adapt recipes and cooking methods for dietary restrictions (e.g., low-sodium, vegan, low-carb, allergy-sensitive).
• Track nutritional content and portion sizes to meet health targets.
• Ensure food safety standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
• Occasionally prepare meals for guests or special events, if required.
• Stay updated on food trends and evolving dietary research.
• Prepare 3 daily meals + 1 protein snack (breakfast, lunch, dinner, light snack) Monday– Saturday
• Design rotating menus in collaboration with client preferences & healthcare/nutritionist inputs
• Full ownership of grocery procurement using a provided expense card
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety
• Occasionally cater to guests (on request)
• Travel with the client domestically for consistent meal support (primarily to Mumbai)
Profile Requirements

• Certification in nutrition, health coaching, or dietetics.
• Indian or expat chef based in India, or open to relocating
• 5+ years of experience in private households or high-end health-oriented culinary settings
• Passionate about European cuisine (French, Mediterranean, modern wellness food)
• Familiar with organic, clean ingredient sourcing and hormone-free food standards
• Background in nutrition or willingness to collaborate with a nutritionist
• Familiarity with gut-friendly cooking techniques (low FODMAP, fermented options, etc.)
• Discreet, professional, and able to adapt to a VIP lifestyle
• Must be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and committed to a long-term placement
• Experience working with clients with specific health concerns (e.g., weight loss, diabetes, hypertension).
• Familiarity with fitness meal prep and calorie tracking apps.
• Knowledge of macro and micronutrients, dietary restrictions, and food allergens.
• Excellent time management and meal planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of client privacy.
• Flexibility in working hours and meal times as per client requirements
