3.Gujarati–Kathiyawadi Chef 

• Mastery in regional cuisine: Undhiyu, Thepla, Bharela dishes, Kathiyawadi Thalis

• Use fresh, farm-grown vegetables and home-made masalas

• Balance traditional flavors with our brand’s organic mission

• Work closely with other chefs to align taste and presentation standards

4. Commi 1 – All-Rounder Chef

• Assist across Punjabi, Continental, and Gujarati sections as needed
