Preparation of desserts like:
- Jar Cakes
- Pastries
- Brownies
- Mousse
- Cheesecake
- Cupcakes
Maintaining taste consistency & presentation
Portion control & quality checking
Hygiene & cleanliness maintenance
Handling bulk festival orders (Valentine, Birthday, Anniversary etc.)
Inventory & raw material management

🧑‍🍳 Skills Required:

Knowledge of baking & dessert plating
Chocolate handling & ganache preparation
Cream whipping & layering skills
Speed & accuracy in production
Creative decoration skills

📚 Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass
