Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to prepare high-quality meals, maintain food safety standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is presented attractively and served on time.
Plan menus and suggest new dishes based on customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.
Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with management for procurement.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Supervise kitchen assistants and support staff when required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inspect food quality and freshness before preparation and serving.
Handle customer feedback related to food quality and take corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Chef or Cook.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
