The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) at Wok On Fire is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality Pan Asian dishes, including Thai, Malaysian, and other Asian cuisines. The DCDP supports the kitchen team in maintaining consistent food standards, ensuring hygiene compliance, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook dishes as per Wok On Fire’s recipe standards and presentation guidelines.
Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control for all dishes.
Have good knowledge and hands-on experience in Pan Asian cuisine, including Thai curries, stir-fries, sauces, and Malaysian-style dishes.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness are maintained as per company standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and requisitioning.
Support junior staff and participate actively in kitchen training and development.
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth coordination and timely service.
Follow SOPs for food storage, labeling, and waste control.
