Responsibilities

ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

1)ताज़ी सामग्री का इस्तेमाल करके बेहतरीन कॉन्टिनेंटल डिशेज़ तैयार करना और पकाना।

2)यह पक्का करना कि सभी मील समय पर परोसे जाएँ और वे स्वाद और प्रेजेंटेशन के हमारे स्टैंडर्ड्स के मुताबिक हों।

3)किचन में साफ़-सफ़ाई और चीज़ों को व्यवस्थित रखना।

4)खाने के स्टॉक पर नज़र रखना और ज़रूरत के हिसाब से ऑर्डर देना।

5)खाने की सुरक्षा से जुड़े सभी नियमों और सबसे अच्छे तरीकों का पालन करना।

मेनू आइटम में नए बदलाव और सुधार करने के लिए किचन टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
