We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gourmet food preparation, menu innovation, and kitchen leadership. The Chef will ensure an exceptional culinary experience for every guest, maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistent with fine dining standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
Plan and design creative and seasonal menus in coordination with the Executive Chef.
Ensure portion control, food cost, and waste management.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
Monitor food storage, inventory, and quality of ingredients.
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen helpers.
Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
Participate in tastings, menu trials, and special culinary events.
Strong knowledge of international and contemporary cuisines.
Expertise in plating, presentation, and attention to detail.
Leadership and team management skills.
Creativity and passion for gastronomy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchens.
Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and fine dining service etiquette.
