Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Chinese Chef who specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine and also possesses skills in baking and mocktail preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, beverages, and desserts while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and specialty items.
Create and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Develop and serve creative, refreshing mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes and drinks.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas as per health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan seasonal menus and special events.
