Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve:

  • Pizzas (veg & non-veg)

  • Pasta (white/red sauce)

  • Burgers & sandwiches

  • Fries & quick bites

  • Mocktails

  • Milkshakes

  • Cappuccino & basic coffee beverages

• Maintain consistent taste and presentation standards

• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance

• Manage prep work and stock levels

• Coordinate with service staff for smooth order flow

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations

• Control wastage and maintain portion discipline

• Handle weekend rush efficiently

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in Continental cuisine

• Knowledge of pizza base handling & sauce preparation

• Basic knowledge of coffee machine operations

• Experience in mocktail preparation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment

• Understanding of food costing and portion control

• Good team coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years experience in café / QSR / casual dining

• Immediate joiner preferred

• Should be punctual, disciplined & hygiene-focused

• Experience in handling birthday or high-volume orders is a plus

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
