The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian spices, regional vegetarian cuisines, and hygienic cooking practices.
Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, regional specialties, etc.).
Plan menus and suggest new vegetarian recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in purchasing ingredients.
Manage food preparation within time and cost limits.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize food wastage
