We are looking for a skilled and experienced North Indian Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic North Indian cuisine with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of North Indian dishes (curries, tandoor items, breads, gravies, etc.)
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
Manage mise en place and kitchen prep efficiently
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase team
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
