Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef / Head Chef who can take ownership of kitchen operations — from designing exciting menus to maintaining high standards of hygiene and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and create menus for Italian, Indian street food, and Continental dishes.
Ensure taste, quality, and presentation are maintained for all items.
Manage kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, and dispatch coordination.
Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Manage food cost control, wastage reduction, and inventory tracking.
Supervise and train kitchen staff when required.
Collaborate on introducing new seasonal dishes and special menus.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a cloud kitchen, café, or restaurant setup.
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine preparation, especially Italian and Indian street food.
Creative mindset with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation.
Familiarity with FSSAI norms and kitchen hygiene protocols.
Ability to manage operations efficiently and work under pressure.
