Role Summary: As CDP, you'll lead daily batch cooking for 50+ balanced meals (dal, paneer, sabzi). Focus on North Indian specialties with perfect taste every time. Full-time, 8 AM-4 PM, 6 days/week.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow SOPs for dishes (e.g., dal makhani simmer at 80°C for 45 mins).
Prep & cook batches (chop veggies, marinate paneer, portion 150g/serving).
Maintain hygiene (sanitize tools, separate veg/non-veg zones).
Train helper, log waste (<5%), and taste-check samples.
Handle beverages (lassi, jaljeera) for add-ons.
Requirements:
2-5 years exp in North Indian cooking (hotels/companies).
Know SOPs for consistency; basic English/Hindi.
