CDP / DCDP – Continental Chef

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate CDP (Chef de Partie) / DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) – Continental Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Production

• Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes.

• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

• Handle mise en place and ensure station readiness.

Kitchen Operations

• Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently.

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards (as per FSSAI/HACCP guidelines).

• Monitor food stock and communicate shortages to Sous Chef/Head Chef.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure cost control.

Team Coordination

• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (for CDP level).

• Assist Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure smooth coordination with service staff.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
