We are looking for a Kerala Chef skilled in authentic veg & non-veg Kerala cuisine, including curries, specialties, and Malabar Parotta.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (in-hand)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality Kerala dishes (veg & non-veg)
Make Malabar Parotta and traditional specialties
Maintain hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Manage ingredients, freshness, and timely cooking
Assist/supervise kitchen staff if needed
Modify dishes as per customer preferences
Requirements:
0–6+ years experience in Kerala cooking
Knowledge of Kerala recipes, spices & techniques
Basic kitchen discipline, time management & teamwork
Passion for authentic taste and quality
