Job Description

Position: Villa Chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals as per the guest’s confirmed menu and schedule.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.

• ⁠Quality nd expire check for all the ingredients before use .

• Manage kitchen inventory and inform the concerned team about stock requirements.

• Store food properly to minimize wastage.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with the Food Sales and Operations teams regarding guest requirements.

• Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any damage immediately.

• Ensure timely meal preparation and service.

• Work professionally with helpers and villa staff to ensure smooth operations.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and BBQ cuisine.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and guest-focused.
