We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nepali Chef who can prepare authentic Nepali dishes with consistency, creativity, and care. The chef will be responsible for curating a traditional Nepali menu, ensuring high-quality food standards, and bringing the authentic flavors of Nepal to every plate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Nepali dishes including momos, thukpa, dal-bhat, sel roti, chatamari, sukuti, and other regional specialties.

• Develop and maintain a menu that highlights Nepali cuisine while also appealing to local customers.

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and follow food safety standards.

• Manage kitchen staff (if required) and coordinate smooth kitchen operations.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity.

• Innovate with seasonal and festive Nepali dishes to attract customers.
