Prepare, cook, and present authentic Nepali dishes including momos, thukpa, dal-bhat, sel roti, chatamari, sukuti, and other regional specialties.
Develop and maintain a menu that highlights Nepali cuisine while also appealing to local customers.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and follow food safety standards.
Manage kitchen staff (if required) and coordinate smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
Innovate with seasonal and festive Nepali dishes to attract customers.
