We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef who can bring authentic taste and creativity to our kitchen. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing various dosa batters, chutneys, sambhar, and other signature South Indian dishes while maintaining top-notch hygiene and consistency.
Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes (Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, etc.)
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed
Manage inventory, order raw materials, and minimize food wastage
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Innovate and introduce new dishes or variations periodically
Supervise kitchen helpers and maintain an organized work environment
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a South Indian Chef or Cook
Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine and ingredients
Ability to work efficiently during rush hours
Maintain a clean and disciplined kitchen
Team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts (morning/evening)
