Job Description:

We are looking for two skilled and passionate chefs who specialize in momos, Chinese cuisine, and fast food items. The ideal candidates should be reliable, experienced in street-style cooking, and enthusiastic about helping us grow our food cart business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of items including momos, noodles, fried rice, and other Chinese/Indo-Chinese dishes.

• Maintain quality, hygiene, and speed during food preparation.

• Assist in daily setup, cooking, and closing of the food cart operations.

• Collaborate with the team to improve menu and customer experience.

• Monitor inventory and help manage ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months –3 years of experience in Chinese street food or similar.

• Strong knowledge of momos, sauces, and fast food preparation.

• Punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented.

• Preferably residing near Sector 142, Noida or willing to relocate.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
