• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and various cuisines

• Develop menus, including daily specials and seasonal dishes

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation at all times

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegating tasks as needed

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
