Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in cake preparation and decoration.

Key Responsibilities:

Cake Preparation & Baking
- Mix ingredients as per recipe.
- Bake sponge, fondant, mousse, and tiered cakes.
- Ensure product consistency in taste and appearance.
Cake Decoration & Design
- Decorate using icing, fondant, chocolate, fruits, etc.
- Customize designs based on customer requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends.
Quality Control
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
- Ensure finished products meet brand standards.
- Adjust recipes as required.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.
- Operate and care for baking equipment.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Follow allergen and sanitation guidelines.
