Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes and fast food items (pasta, pizza, Maggi, etc.).

• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

• Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients effectively.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

• Suggest new recipes or menu items to attract customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in Chinese and fast food cuisine.

• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.

• Ability to work long hours with efficiency and focus.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
