Job Responsibilities:

• Create, prepare, and present high-quality desserts, pastries, pancakes, waffles, shakes, and other sweet delicacies.

• Develop new and innovative dessert menu items that match Whipped Wagon’s brand and taste.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.

• Manage inventory of dessert ingredients and coordinate with the management for stock requirements.

• Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.

• Work efficiently during peak hours and collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff.

• Stay updated with modern dessert trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dessert Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of dessert preparation techniques.

• Creativity and passion for crafting visually appealing and delicious sweets.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus (not mandatory).
