Job Title: Multi-Cuisine Chef (Italian, Japanese & Healthy Gastronomy)

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Chef who combines the art of food science with stunning visual presentation. You will be responsible for crafting high-end, upscale meals, focusing on authentic Italian and Japanese cuisines. Additionally, you must be able to design macro-friendly, healthy gym meals that maintain a fine-dining aesthetic, ensuring nutritional balance never compromises beautiful plating. A solid background in baking and pastry arts is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare gourmet Italian dishes (pastas, risottos, artisanal sauces) and Japanese specialties (sushi rolling, precise knife work, umami balancing).

• Develop premium, calorie-counted healthy meals tailored for fitness-conscious clients, focused on clean ingredients and exquisite presentation.

• Manage a boutique bakery section, handling artisanal breads, dough fermentation, and upscale desserts.

• Utilize food science techniques to enhance flavors, textures, and food preservation naturally.

• Maintain absolute consistency in plating aesthetics, turning every dish into a visual masterpiece.

• Oversee ingredient inventory, ensure strict kitchen hygiene, and manage food waste efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef specializing in Italian and Japanese cuisines.

• Hands-on experience in commercial baking, pastry production, and dough handling.

• Strong understanding of culinary nutrition, macro profiling (proteins/carbs/fats), and dietary adaptations.

• Exceptional plating skills with a keen eye for color, balance, and modern culinary design.

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with Freshers.
