Chef

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Chef to join our upcoming coffee shop. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast food items, while also having a strong understanding and passion for coffee and café beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Veg & Non-Veg fast food items.

• Maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

• Prepare different types of coffee and café beverages such as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Mocha, Cold Coffee, etc.

• Experiment with new food and beverage ideas suitable for a young, Gen Z-focused audience.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards.

• Manage kitchen and café operations efficiently during busy hours.

• Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef / Café Chef / Barista-Chef preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Indian and Western fast food – both Veg & Non-Veg.

• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and different brewing methods.

• Passionate about food, coffee, and creating new menu concepts.

• Creative, energetic, and comfortable working in a young and modern café environment.

• Should understand and connect with the preferences and mindset of a Gen Z customer base.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
