Amend and adjust production schedules as and when required

Ensure recipes are being followed to deliver perfect products

Ensure daily ordering is done within the stipulated timelines

daily purchase /conversion and wastage tracking.

Daily/weekly/monthly equipment PM is planned and happening.

Daily follow ups with Assistant Pizzaiola and Jr Pizzaiola for daily tasks

Ensure 2 Announce and Un-announce SOC’s happening weekly basis.
