Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate All-Rounder Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of cuisines, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting senior chefs in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes across different cuisines as per standards.

• Assist in menu planning, mise-en-place, and food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Adapt to various cooking sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef (all-rounder preferred).

• Knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking techniques and ingredients.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and operations.

• Strong sense of hygiene and food safety standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
