Job Title: Chef – Multi-Cuisine & Barbeque Specialist

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with expertise in barbeque, grilling, and multi-cuisine preparations to join our team in Alibaug. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes across cuisines, ensuring high-quality taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook barbeque, grill, and multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.)

• Plan menus and suggest innovative dishes to enhance the dining experience

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards

• Manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure timely food service

• Monitor inventory and assist in procurement of fresh ingredients

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

• Coordinate with management for special events, buffets, and live counters

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef / Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or resort

• Strong knowledge of barbeque techniques, multi-cuisine dishes, and plating skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
