Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Chat Chef who can prepare a wide variety of Indian street foods such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Dahi Papdi Chat, Aloo Tikki, and other North Indian snacks with authentic taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all chat items as per menu and portion standards.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and freshness of ingredients at all times.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Manage raw materials, daily mise-en-place, and stock requirements.

• Assist in menu development and suggest new chat items.

• Follow proper food safety, handling, and storage practices.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
